As the Head of HR, Elisa's primary role on the executive team is to align HR functions with the company's overall business objectives. Elisa is responsible for Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Employee Benefits/Health, and Training and Development. She values people as a company's most important asset and aims to make HUSKY the premiere terminal in the Pacific Northwest.

Elisa joined HUSKY in 2022, bringing with her over 15 years of HR experience specializing in organizational structure, human resource information systems, benefits, talent management, people analytics, and employee training. Most recently, Elisa was Director of HR and Payroll at POWTEC, a tribally-owned government contractor for local military bases. Combining her expertise in health administration and software development brings a fresh outlook to Human Resources and troubleshooting. Elisa sits on the South Puget Sound Society of Human Resources Board as the Legislative Director.

She is a native of the Pacific Northwest and lives in Tacoma with her husband and two boys. Elisa finds solace in the evergreen forests, exploring farmers' markets, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
