As President of Husky Terminal, Dustin’s primary role is establishing and leading the company’s mission, vision, and values. The President is responsible for implementing the direction of the shareholders leading Husky to be the Premier Marine Terminal in the Pacific Northwest by delivering innovations, exceptional customer service, attracting best-in-class staff, and safe and sustainable operations.  

Stoker brings over 24 years of experience in both domestic and international terminal leadership. Before joining Husky, Mr. Stoker served as Chief Operations Officer of the Northwest Seaport Alliance/ Port of Tacoma from 2012 – 2020.  Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Deltaport in Vancouver, B.C., with Global Container Terminal (GCT), as Chief Operations Officer at Abu Dhabi Terminals, as General Manager of the Container Terminal at the Port of Salalah and in management positions with APM Terminals in the Netherlands, Los Angeles, and Tacoma.

He is a native of the Pacific Northwest and resides in the South Sound with his wife and three boys. He is an active member of his local church and enjoys physical fitness, the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
