As a Senior Operations Manager, William takes on the responsibility of spearheading the leadership, achievement, and development of operational and financial goals and objectives for night vessel and yards. With an unyielding commitment to ensuring high levels of safety, productivity, customer service, and efficiency, William serves as a driving force behind Husky’s dedication to a Customer First mentality.
With over 8 years of diverse experience in the stevedoring industry, William has honed a deep understanding of the intricacies inherent in maritime operations. Prior to his current role, he excelled as an Operations Manager at Husky Terminal (2018 – 2023) and Superintendent at Pierce County Terminal (2015-2018), consistently showcasing his expertise in supply chain management, labor relations, and process improvement. Throughout his career, he has displayed an ability to optimize supply chain operations, manage workforces effectively, and drive lean management practices to achieve tangible results.
When not immersed in work, he finds fulfillment in activities such as staying active through workouts, hiking, and golfing, as well as traveling and spending time with his family.
